Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using TasQuest. They are written to keep the service fair, clear, and safe for individuals, teams, and guilds using the platform.
What TasQuest Is
TasQuest is a productivity platform that helps users turn real work into quests, campaigns, guild progress, focus sessions, XP, streaks, and other game-inspired progression systems. The service is meant to support personal and team productivity, not to replace your independent professional judgment or internal business processes.
Who May Use The Service
You may use TasQuest only if you are legally allowed to enter into a binding agreement and if your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, workplace rules, and internal security requirements. If you use TasQuest on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Rules Of Use
You agree to use TasQuest responsibly and only for legitimate productivity, planning, collaboration, and workflow-related purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you create, import, or synchronize, including quests, campaign data, guild settings, invited members, and connected tool information.
Prohibited Misuse
You may not misuse TasQuest by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the availability of the service, uploading malicious code, abusing invitations, scraping private user data, impersonating others, or using the platform in a fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, or misleading way.
Intellectual Property
TasQuest, including its design, branding, software, content structure, features, and visual systems, remains the intellectual property of its owners unless explicitly stated otherwise. You retain ownership of the content and work data you create inside the service, subject to the rights necessary for TasQuest to host, process, and display it.
Limitation Of Liability
TasQuest is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages, including loss of data, productivity interruptions, business losses, or missed deadlines resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, abuse the platform, or expose other users or the service to harm. You may also stop using TasQuest at any time. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of TasQuest, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Any disputes should first be addressed in good faith before formal legal action is pursued.
